Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Because our products are consumables, items must be **unopened, unused, and in their original packaging** to be eligible for a return. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at **sales@dojoxpresso.com**. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a free return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item. We'll make it right.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used products can't be returned for change of mind, as they're consumable goods. This doesn't affect your rights if a product is faulty — see "Your rights under Australian Consumer Law" below.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it should, you're entitled to a remedy — repair, replacement, or refund — regardless of the 30-day window above.
