All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

How your payment is processed
Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. Your card details are entered directly into Shopify's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers or visible to us. All transactions are encrypted and processed over a secure (HTTPS) connection.
When you are charged
Your card is charged at the time you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a separate dispatch email with tracking once your order is on its way.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you and refund your payment in full.
Currency
We sell in Australian Dollars only. If your card is issued outside Australia, your bank may apply its own currency conversion rate and international transaction fee. Those charges come from your bank, not from us.
Failed or declined payments
If your payment is declined, no order is created and no funds are taken. Declines usually come from your bank rather than from us — the most common causes are an incorrect card number or expiry date, insufficient funds, or your bank blocking an unfamiliar merchant. If a payment keeps failing, contact your bank first, then get in touch with us and we'll help.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for full details, including the return window and timeframes.
